What makes us vulnerable makes us beautiful?

How do you think, can our strengths and happiness lie in our weakness?

We are striving to be loved and love, to belong to someone or something, to be deeply connected. But, also, we are afraid to call to our beloved and say " I'm sorry, I was wrong". Simply because this call shows our vulnerability. But how can you be truly seen without being opened?

Brene Brown research people's vulnerability for more than 10 years. She knows about us even more that we know.

We don't write here our conclusions about her speech. We encourage you to make yours.

Please, devote just 20 minutes to watch a video that may change your perception of the world and yourself.

Brene leaves us with a powerful thought: what makes us vulnerable, makes us beautiful. You can gain a genuine happiness from love and connection if you:

  • let yourself be seeing, deeply seen
  • love with your whole heart, even if there is no guarantee
  • practice gratitude and joy
  • believe that we are enough.

Have a courage to be vulnerable and beautiful.

Happy Thursday!
